Cardio Training and Aerobics Classes

The cardio center, located on the mezzanine level, provides an overview of the entire facility. A variety of elliptical trainers, recumbent and upright bikes, stair climbers and treadmills provide all the cardio options you’ll ever need. Satellite television is provided for your entertainment.

Under the cardio center, our completely renovated, super air-conditioned aerobics room hosts the most fun, intense and energetic aerobics classes you'll find anywhere. If you're ready to have fun and get fit in the process, you've come to the right place.
