Ace Your Serves

Tennis and squash are the world's most popular racquet sports. They're fun, challenging and give a superb workout. At Burlington Fitness & Racquets, you'll find a friendly atmosphere that welcomes players of all levels.
 

Tennis

Our multiple well-maintained indoor courts are waiting for you.

After a quick half-hour evaluation to determine your skill level, we'll start you on the various tennis programs we have available and suggest other players that would be a good fit for your level. Our goal is to first get you comfortable and then get you playing.


A variety of options are available, from fun and relaxing casual games to competitive play that will test the limits of your skill and stamina. Singles, doubles, round robins, a monthly ladder and interclub teams for players who want to play against members from other clubs in the GTA are all available.

We also offer fun and instructive junior tennis programs which are focused mainly on introductory and recreational oriented children. They are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced skill levels, with every effort made to keep the player in similar age groups.

Squash

This highly athletic sport is one of the most challenging and exciting sports in the world.

Providing an excellent cardiovascular workout that will burn 700-1000 calories in just one hour of play, squash is a fast-paced test of strength, endurance and skill.

After a complimentary evaluation from our Squash Pro, you'll be introduced to our squash programs and services. Squash leagues are offered to men and women at all levels including juniors.

Each month also features a mixed ladder competition, which gives you the flexibility to set up match times at your convenience. At month's end, players either move up or down to a new level based on point total. This allows you to meet and play different players each month. We also feature interclub matches for those who want to play against other clubs in the GTA.
